Head Squash Professional and director
Our squash professional from Egypt has over 10 years of coaching experience. He has played as a professional and reached top 10 in Egypt U17 and top 15 U19. Khaled has achieved international recognition for his play and He coached the Egyptian national team girls U19 and some of Egypt’s top players. Khaled coached Karim AbdelGawad (2017 world champion, and Fares Al-Dessoky, world ranked 8th in 2017.
Khaled Ghoniem
Thierry is a retired World Squash Champion. He was the first player from a non-English speaking country (commonwealth countries) to reach the World Number 1 rankings (2004-2005) and to win the World Championships (2004). He’s currently the MIT head squash coach.
